The global competition that is happening today demands a very rapid change in every human resource. Organizations are required to adapt and renew knowledge and skill if it is to survive and thrive. To confront this rapid change, the college plays a huge role in generating human resources that have useful competences that is needed by the working world. The study used a case study of the graduates of Widyatama University who graduated in 2016.
