With the increasingly serious phenomenon of urban congestion, the construction of urban rail transit system is speeding up, and the demand for urban rail transit operation and management talents is growing. How to train urban rail transit operation management talents to meet the needs of the region is an urgent research topic. Based on the close cooperation between the school and the enterprise, this paper makes a detailed study on the formulation and implementation of the training program for urban rail transit operation and management professionals. Through the accurate determination of professional talent training objectives, detailed analysis of post work and professional ability, and systematic construction of professional curriculum system, we can reasonably formulate and organize the implementation of professional talent training programs. In order to meet the needs of the development of regional urban rail transit in Colleges and universities, this paper constructs a specific way of professional personnel training program, and gives constructive suggestions according to the implementation effect. © 2020 ACM.
