Innovative work behavior: the role of self-efficacy and organizational climates

Abstract

There are some problems related with inconsistency of previous research findings on innovative work behavior. It is still a need for more research on Innovative Work Behavior related with the role if self efficacy in the relationship between creative climate and justice climate on innovative work behavior. Based on this study, five propositions were developed and proposed that Self-Efficacy has an important role in the relationship between Creative Climate and Justice Climate on Innovative Work Behavior in the context of organizations. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2021.
