To construct the virtual learning situation based on cognitive apprenticeship, it is possible to improve the teaching mode of cognitive apprenticeship by computer aided technology, this paper f establishes the architecture of digital design and manufacturing integrated teaching system. A teaching management platform is established, and the interface integration of the integrated platform is completed and realized. Through the construction of this system, the production site layout and management mode consistent with the actual enterprise can be realized. Finally, the digital training process is established to make it extensible and reflect the latest production mode of the enterprise. The system is based on Virtools and ASP and has been applied well. It is convenient for the school management to evaluate the utilization rate of the training site, training equipment and the effect of the training process. © 2021 IEEE.
