Partner Industry Readiness to Cooperate in Supporting the Centre of Excellence Vocational High School

Abstract

Generally, the industry is considered to support innovation, economic growth, and individual capability development. The underlying problem is lack of readiness from the industry to cooperate with vocational school and cause a decline in qualified labourers. The solution is to cooperate in supporting the centre of excellence vocational school. This research used literature review data collection by sequencing thematic structures. The thematic structure grouped and discussed the sources following the theme or topic. Research's theme or topic grouping shows the necessary topic type and strengthens acumen in research. The data analysis presented the vital steps for the industry to cooperate with the centre of excellence vocational school are 1) human resource readiness, 2) infrastructure readiness, 3) management readiness. © 2021 IEEE.
