This chapter explores key reforms needed to build an internationally cutting-edge system of education encompassing training programs and their delivery to UAE teachers based on competency levels, the integration of digital learning, and global collaboration. This chapter examines key challenges, including teacher hiring, retention, and training gaps, and proposes pragmatic solutions aligned with the UAE Vision 2030. © 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
