Abstract

Dual Education System (DES) is a model of vocational training that originated in Germany. In order to realize the localization of DES, this paper mainly studied the details of implementation process and forms, curriculum system, evaluation system, teaching teams. A case of four-wheel drive construction mechanism of talent training was employed to express the construction method of practice platform. The cooperative mechanism of vocational colleges, research institutes, manufacturing enterprises, and education administration department was studied and analyzed in detail. The innovational models of engineering talent cultivation were also discussed for the purpose of effective localization of DES. According to the natural division of vocational school years, gradually enhanced engineering goals were set reasonably to achieve the general goal of each engineer after his graduation, which should meet the all professional skill requirement of manufacturing enterprises. © 2021 ACM.
