The enterprise college built by college and enterprise is an effective platform to implement the talent training mode of industry education integration. In its operation, it needs to integrate the core interests of the stakeholders of government, college, enterprise, and students. In the process of cooperation, the educational administrators need to select the majors carefully and cooperative enterprises of the pilot colleges based on the "incentive compatibility theory,"scientifically allocate the complementary resources of all parties, and reasonably set the ladder-type talent training objectives. On this basis, we can design an incentive-compatible operation mechanism of the business school, which can effectively promote efficient operation. © 2021 ACM.
