Information literacy is the ability and quality of acquiring information, identifying information, using information and creating information in the information society, and it is also the basic survival ability and the basic quality of lifelong learning for contemporary university students. As the main channel of information literacy education for university students, the "Computer Foundation"course plays an active role in the practical process. In view of the current problems of insufficient information literacy education and practical teaching of university students, the practical teaching system of the "Computer Foundation"course, which consists of "management system, support system, feedback system, evaluation system, platform system, content system and capability system", has been constructed to help the teaching reform of the "Computer Foundation"course and provide a solid foundation to adapt to the work, study and life in the information age. © 2021 ACM.
