Building Multi-dimensional Professional Characteristics Under the Situation of University Transformation—Taking Automobile Service Engineering as an Example

Abstract

Transformation to applied colleges and universities is not only the inevitable choice of local ordinary undergraduate universities, is also the urgent need of economic structure adjustment and industrial transformation and upgrading in China, this article introduces the Nanning University automobile service engineering major, in the school transformation construction development, with the school to promote comprehensive transformation development, Combined with the construction of characteristic majors, it has five characteristics: the diversified organic whole process training mode, the curriculum system of platform module course group, the education mechanism of tutorial system, the integration of industry and education of all staff in the whole process, and the talent training quality of paper patent award-winning. Through the construction of characteristics, students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning have been fully mobilized and promoted, academic performance has been effectively improved, professional ability and professional quality have been generally improved, and innovation consciousness and innovation ability have been significantly enhanced. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
