Abstract

The guidance ability of graduation project or thesis is one of the professional skills that young teachers can not lack, but at present there is still the problem of insufficient guidance ability in art majors. Under the guidance of iceberg model theory in the context of the metaverse, through the analysis of young teachers in the advantages and disadvantages of graduation design and thesis guidance, modern education for teachers professional quality requirements of the two links, create youth teachers professional quality model, and proposes the countermeasure about the guidance of young teachers guide students graduation design, improve the capacity for art professional talent training provides the basis. © 2022 WCSE.
