The aim of this study is to determine the power of humanitarian values of vocational school students to predict their self-efficacy. The research group of the study is the students studying in vocational schools. In this study, the correlational design included in the quantitative research model was used to reveal the relationship between variables. The independent variables of the research are the humanitarian value levels of vocational high school students; the dependent variable is the self-efficacy of vocational high school students. The number of students included in the sample is 626. Parametric tests were used as the data collected from students showed a normal distribution. In the analysis of the data set, the relationship between the self-efficacy and humanitarian values of vocational high school students was tested with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. In the study, the predictability of the independent variables on the dependent variable was tested by multiple regression. The findings of the study indicate a significant relationship between the self-efficacy of vocational school students and their humanitarian values. Another finding of the study shows that the humanitarian values of vocational school students predict their self-efficacy. © 2022, Milli Egitim. All Rights Reserved.
