Practical training of technical specialists for machine-building enterprises in the specialized department

Abstract

The training of highly qualified engineering personnel for mechanical engineering is one of the conditions for Russia's security support. Improvement of the practice-oriented part of the training process allows for closing the existing system gap between the level of students training in universities and the level of efficiency of their subsequent professional activities. A Special role in this work is devoted to the specialized departments established directly at the enterprises. This article describes examples of solving this problem in Ural Federal University in the case of the specialized department of JSC 'RPC (Research and Production Corporation) 'Uralvagonzavod' (UVZ). The main directions, results and prospects of this work organization are reflected. The specialized department allows organizing and conducting an educational process for students target education, including all types of work provided for by the education plan, involving UVZ learning specialists in conducting training internships, developing and implementing supplementary vocational education programs for advanced training of UVZ employees, performing scientific and research works as well as research and development works at the request of the enterprise according to the area of activity of the specialized department. © 2022 Author(s).
