The article is devoted to assessing the level of maturity of an institution of secondary vocational education. It considers both a methodology for assessing maturity for one period (year) and tracking the history of changes in maturity levels. The object of the research was the Krasnoyarsk College of Radio Electronics and Information Technologies. Self-assessment is based on surveys of college teachers and staff, including former ones, for different periods. The structure of the study is based on the Voyager Plant Optimization method; the questionnaires were developed following the McKinsey model and adapted to the system of secondary vocational education in Russia. The obtained results reflect the continued tendency towards the degradation of the educational organization in question, unfortunately. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
