This study aims to examine project-based blended learning in Fundamental Digital Photography classes, focusing on fostering the technical and creativity skills of vocational students. The study was divided into three sections: the first section involved creating project-based blended learning activities and having the lesson plan approved by five experts. The second section involved experimenting with the students. The third section included gathering data from the participants. Statistical evaluations, such as dependent t-tests, mean, and standard deviation were applied, and the results showed a considerable increase in post-test scores. This shows the success of this novel instructional strategy in raising students' skills in digital fundamental photography and fostering their technical and creativity skills. © 2023 IEEE.
