The use ADDIE model to improve the competence of the higher education task force in obtaining competitive funding for the independent campus program

Funding text 1: The implementation of Independent Campus is supported by a funding transformation policy, which consists of three schemes, namely Incentives based on the achievements of Key Performance Indicators for state universities, the Matching Fund Program for Collaboration with Partners, and Competitive Funds provided for state and private universities. The transformation of higher education funding through these three schemes implies changes in outcome-oriented budget management to support the achievement of the Independent Campus Main Performance Indicators.; Funding text 2: We extend our sincere gratitude to the Honourable Rector of Universitas Negeri Medan, Indonesia, for providing funding for this Applied Product Research, supported by the PNBP Fund of Universitas Negeri Medan under contract number: 0137/un33.8/kpt/ppt/2023. We also extend our gratitude to the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution for Region I of North Sumatra, for granting permission to conduct research involving the task force of vocational study programs at private universities in North Sumatra, who serve as research subjects and beneficiaries of the training conducted in this study.
