This study is intended to provide an analysis of experts' validation in Language, Instrument and Assessment, and Vocational Education on the theoretical framework of vocational literacy models. The study uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach of confirming the validity about the content of a concept and theoretical frameworkThe instrument used is an expert validation sheet in which the data from the validation results are classified based on the concept of vocational literacy that has been designed in previous research. The concept consists of 4 dimensions, namely the context of knowledge, mastery of knowledge, a process to competence, and work attitude. Then developed into 4 indicators for each dimension, namely aspects of work preparation, response to technology, communication, and collaboration. The results of the development are presented in a more efficient and valid written concept. So it can be concluded that the vocational literacy framework can be used as a construct that is feasible to be implemented. © 2023 American Institute of Physics Inc.. All rights reserved.
