An Analysis of Labor Education Factors Based on the Smith Model of Policy Implementation

Abstract

Based on Smith's policy implementation model, this paper analyzes the difficult problems in policy implementation in the reform and development of labor education in colleges and universities. The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient between the development of labor education in colleges and the labor education of students is 0.584, and the significance test result is 0.000, indicating the two are moderately positive. © 2024 The Authors.
