The role of the system of organisational knowledge in the development of competency-based training of industrial employees

Abstract

The role of on-the-job training in increasing the competitiveness of the country and knowledge economy formation is described in the paper. Comparative analysis of advantages and disadvantages of competency-based training is carried out. Significance of the system of organizational knowledge in the improvement of this form of training is justified. © Maryna V. Martynenko, 2015.
