This paper was drawn up in the frame of the project “The best future on the labor market” where the Bioterra University attended as a Partner. This quality has enabled the Bioterra University to prepare students in accordance with the current development needs at the level of the labor market. The project has been addressed to a target group formed of 380 students who received individual counselling in career. The purpose of this paper consists of the evaluation of the vocational training of 140 students who made specialized practice in real conditions of production in food engineering products and agro-tourism field in relevant working units in relation to their training. The data obtained have been centralized and interpreted using the principles of comparative analysis method of the S.W.O.T., through the Opportunities and Threats it is understood the degree of accommodation and integration of students in the team and the performances achieved by them in the field conditions of production. From the evaluation the overall results showed that only 61.73 % of students have demonstrated that they are ready for the transition from school to work and labor market integration. At the end, the research team made recommendations for improving the performance of students within work teams. © SGEM2016.
