We conducted a structural analysis on the decision-making level, career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision immersive, career preparation behavior, and self-determination of college students who participated in the training courses of lifelong educators. The results are as follows: First, the decision-making level has meaningful influence on self-determination. Second, the decision-making level has meaningful influence on career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision immersive, and career preparation behavior. Third, their career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision immersive, and career preparation behavior has meaningful influence on self-determination. Finally, we confirmed that career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision immersive, and career preparation behavior have meaningful mediation effects between the decision-making level and self-determination. This finding can be interpreted as the decision-making level of college students can create an influence on career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision immersive, and career preparation behavior, which again creates a positive influence on self-determination. These findings can be used in college education, particularly in employment education and career education designed for career decision-making self-efficacy, career decision immersive, career preparation behavior and self-determination for those who participate in training course of lifelong educators. Therefore, this study provides insights as a theoretical and feasible implication into helping expand employment for college students - in particular, those who participated in training course from life-long educators in college education. ©2016 International Information Institute.
