A variety of E-commerce activities are actively carried out in various industries and fields in today's society. Due to the rapid and extensive development of E-commerce in recent years, there has been a direct increase in the demand for E-commerce talent in the society. In the information age, E-commerce is an important factor in economic development. The core factor in economic competition has changed from material resources competition to E-commerce talent competition. The era of network economy has come, and society has put forward new demands on E-commerce talents. Based on the status of incubator of E-commerce in our country, this paper explores the incubating mechanism of E-commerce talent based on modern apprenticeship and the Internet, and provides research ideas for the innovation of E-commerce incubation model in our country.
