It is a serious problem that college graduates desert their jobs frequently in the present graduating year. The problem decreases the fitness of graduates and enterprises in the development of Chinese education and industry. In this paper, we analyze main reasons of the rapid resignation and propose countermeasures accordingly. Personal development, salary, psychology problem and corporate culture management system are the main reasons after analysis of graduate resignation rate in the present graduating year. Enhancing the effectiveness of 'career planning' course, cultivating 'craftsman spirit', and developing corporate culture, we solve the four main reasons mentioned before gradually. It is shown that the statistics data in refrigeration and air conditioning professional which countermeasures are applied from 2011 can illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. © 2018 IEEE.
